会议概况：

IKCEST 2018国际高端研讨会将于10月26日在浙江省湖州市德清县召开。本次峰会为期一天，主题为“新一代人工智能与知识服务”。会议将邀请Raj Reddy （图灵奖得主）、潘云鹤（中国工程院原常务副院长）等国内外知名院士、专家以及互联网企业大咖做报告并与观众交流互动。

IKCEST International Symposium 2018 is to be held on Oct. 26 in Deqing County, Huzhou, Zhejiang Province with “Next Generation Artificial Intelligence & Knowledge Service” as its theme. Many world-famous academicians and experts from home and abroad such as Turing award winner Raj Reddy, Chinese Academy of Engineering member Yunhe Pan, along with senior executives from well-known Internet enterprises will give presentations and interact with audience.

联合国教科文组织国际工程科技知识中心（简称“IKCEST”）是联合国教科文组织（简称“UNESCO”）二类中心，2014 年6 月2 日在北京成立，依托中国工程院建设。其建设目标是联盟全球工程科技机构，整合各类工程科技数字资源，建立公共数据服务平台和协同服务环境，合作共建各种专业知识服务系统，面向世界各国尤其是发展中国家的政策制定者、广大工程科技工作者提供咨询、科研、教育等知识服务。IKCEST长期致力于打造大数据领域的国际高端学术交流平台。从2015年至2017年，IKCEST已成功举办三届国际高端研讨会，受益观众超过1600多人。

The International Knowledge Centre for Engineering Sciences and Technology (shortened as “IKCEST”) is a category 2 centre under the auspices of UNESCO. IKCEST was established on June 2, 2014. The Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) is responsible for the operation and management of the IKCEST. It aims at providing knowledge-based service at a global scale in the form of consultancies, scientific research and education for policy-makers and engineering science and technology professionals in the world, with particular reference to the developing countries. IKCEST is dedicated to establishing a high level academic exchange platform in the filed of big data. From 2015 to 2017, IKCEST International Symposia have been successfully held in 3 consecutive years, which benefited more than 1600 audience.
