A hybrid Dissemination Workshop on Enhancing and Strengthening Regional Open Science Implementation Mechanism, organized by the International Science, Technology and Innovation Centre for South-South Cooperation under the auspices of UNESCO (ISTIC) and the Science Technology Engineering Innovation Policy Asia and the Pacific Network (STEPAN) was held on May 19, 2023. Dr. LIU Chang, Secretary-General of International Knowledge Centre for Engineering Sciences and Technology (IKCEST), was invited to attend the meeting and give a presentation. Dr. Liu presented IKCEST practices and progress in open science capacity building and infrastructures, shared IKCEST visions about open science in the near future and interacted with participants on open science.
