PURPOSE: An environmental pollution skimmer ship is provided to prevent environmental pollution through multi-purpose use by removing oil and floating scraps, removing green tide, spreading yellow earth, and removing pollutants sunk to the bottom. CONSTITUTION: An environmental pollution skimmer ship removes floating scraps and removes oil on the surface of the water. The environmental pollution skimmer ship comprises a green tide-removing machine(100) collecting green tide and periodically removing the collected green tide; a yellow earth spreader(50) grinding yellow earth and spreading the grounded yellow earth on waterways(1); and a bottom matter-pulling-up machine(60) loaded on the ship, to pull up pollutants of the bottom. The green tide-removing machine is installed across the waterways through which water, incoming between right and left opening and shutting doors(2) installed to stem, flows to the sides of the ship. The bottom matter-pulling-up machine is installed to the middle side of the ship.
