Mounim ZAGHLOUL is the Managing partner of Consilium and supervise the practice of Governance, Risk and Compliance accompanying the Internal Audit, Risk Managers and Compliance Officers departments.

He manages implementation programs of Risk Management, Internal Control and Internal Audit framework and provide supports to these departments in their compliance and certification approach to the IIA standards; He also helps them in the deployment of risk, audit and data analysis solution.

In addition, he is the Vice President for north Africa in the African Federation of internal auditors and contribute to several conferences as speaker on topics such as Governance, Compliance, Privacy, Internal Control.

He conducted an ambitious strategy of advocacy with Government institutions, institute of corporate directors, institute of chartered accountant and the Moroccan Supreme Audit Institution.

He sits on various audit committees in Africa and Europe and He recently joined the IIA Global IRC committee.
