Introduction: Jiang Wenhan, a native of Pinghu County, Zhejiang Province, is an expert in optical technology. He graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology in 1958. Jiang is currently the director and researcher of the Academic Committee of the Institute of Optics and Electronics of Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Atmospheric Optics of the National 863 Program.
