Bacground
In the face of dynamic population growth and climate changes, the one of the environmental major issues in Ethiopia is sustainability of water resources, ecosystems and society.

The major goals of the project are:
1.Transfer of knowledge and implementation of transdisciplinary ecohydrological methods in water management.
2.Training of trainees from water sector.
3.Mutual ecohydrological research and monitoring of threats.
4.Planning and preparation of demonstration projects in co-operation with Ethiopian partner on selected areas, for testing solutions, calibration and training of specialists.
