Monmouthshire County Council in Wales has approved a GBP 2 million commercial loan to Broadway Partners to build a gigabit overlay network to 5G carrier-grade standard.
This overlay network will enable delivery of a core network to provide wireless and full-fibre broadband connections to rural communities with poor connectivity.
