2020 年4月27日至5月3日,由联合国教科文组织国际工程科技知识中心(简称“国际知识中心”、“IKCEST”)、西安交通大学主办,IKCEST丝路培训基地承办的第70期丝路工程科技发展专项培训依托MOOC平台开展线上培训,407名学员参加了本次培训,他们分别来自巴基斯坦、印度尼西亚、印度等“一带一路”沿线国家。
The 70th IKCEST Training Programme for Silk Road Engineering Science and Technology Development was held online from April 27th to May 3rd, 2020. It was co-hosted by the International Knowledge Centre for Engineering Sciences and Technology (shortened as “IKCEST”) under the Auspices of UNESCO, Xi’an Jiaotong University, and was organized by IKCEST Silk Road Training Base. 407 students from belt-road countries such as Pakistan, Indonesia and India participated in this training programme.
4月27日,培训班举行线上开班仪式。国际知识中心国际合作事务负责人刘畅提前录制视频,线上她简要介绍了国际知识中心(IKCEST)的情况,并对培训的课程设置及内容情况进行简要说明,希望学员们通过讲座能够开拓视野,学有所获。
The opening ceremony was held online on May 27. Liu Chang, Director of Division of International Cooperation of the IKCEST recorded the video in advance. She gave an introduction to IKCEST, the curriculum and content of the training and hoped that the students could broaden their horizons and learn something from the lectures.
本期培训以问题和应用为导向,介绍人工智能、大数据、互联网+、医学等信息技术的基本原理及其在新冠肺炎防控中的应用情况与取得的效果等,并由西安交大资深教授团队亲临授课。课程内容涵盖新冠肺炎系列专题讲座、从疫情中的在线学习看云计算、大数据技术与平台、大数据技术应用、疫情下的现代管理反思—基于系统动力学(SD)的视角分析、机器学习简介、先进高分子材料在医疗用品中的应用。学员采取“视频课件点播学习+视频弹题(Quiz in Video) +交流研讨+课后练习”的形式进行线上学习,自由安排学习进度完成在线学习任务,培训中学员积极开展线上交流探讨。
Centered on questions and applications, this training programme aimed to introduce the theories, their applications and achievements of information technology such as AI, big data, Internet+, medicine etc. used in the COVID-19 prevention and control. This programme was delivered by experienced teachers from Xi’an Jiaotong University. The following lectures were included: A series of lectures on COVID-19, From the Quarantine to Cloud Computing, Brief introduction to Big Data Technology and platforms, Several applications of Big Data Technology, Reflection on Modern Management under Epidemic Situation:A perspective from System Dynamics(SD), Introduction to Machine Learning, Application of advanced polymer materials in medical supplies. A combined approach of video-on-demand (shortened as VOD) study, quiz in video, online discussion and after-class practicing were employed in the online training. The students freely arranged the learning schedule to complete online learning tasks, and had active discussion during the training.
目前,IKCEST丝路培训基地已举办70期“丝路工程科技发展专项培训”,共培养了来自100余个国家的7000余名留学生、以及在华外向型企业人员。此次培训,作为丝路培训基地探索线上培训的首次尝试,将在培养丝路人才,服务国家“一带一路”倡议方面发挥重要的作用,同时,也为推动文化、科技、教育交流,为丝路沿线和欧亚非地区经济社会发展做出重要贡献。
Up till recently, 70 Sessions of IKCEST Training Programmes for Silk Road Engineering Science and Technology Development have been held by Silk Road Training Base, training more than 7,000 foreign students from over 100 countries and staff from some export-oriented Chinese Companies. As the first attempt for online training of the IKCEST Silk Road Training Base, this training programme plays an important role in cultivating talents and promoting the Belt and Road Initiative. In the Meanwhile, it also made important contributions to the economic and social development of European, Asian and African Belt-road countries and regions.
联合国教科文组织国际工程科技知识中心(简称“国际知识中心”“IKCEST”)是联合国教科文组织下属二类中心,2014年6月在北京成立,依托中国工程院建设,旨在面向世界各国尤其是发展中国家的政策制定者、广大工程科技工作者提供咨询、科研、教育等知识服务。2017年2月,国际知识中心依托西安交通大学,设立“IKCEST丝路培训基地”,为“一带一路”沿线国家培养工程科技人才。
The International Knowledge Centre for Engineering Sciences and Technology (shortened as “IKCEST”) is a category II centre under the auspices of UNESCO. IKCEST was established on June 2, 2014. The Chinese Academy of Engineering is responsible for the operation and management of the IKCEST. IKCEST aims to provide knowledge-based services at global scale in the form of consultancies, scientific research and education for policy-makers and engineering science and technology professionals in the world, with particular reference to the developing countries. In February 2017, based in Xi'an Jiaotong University, IKCEST Silk Road Training Base was established, which aims to train more engineering and technological talents for Belt-Road countries.
