Introduction: The IKCEST Training Programme for Silk Road Engineering Science and Technology Development & University Alliance of the Silk Road (UASR) Virtual Summer Courses 2022 was held from June 27th to August, 2022. Introduction: A flood and drought monitoring and forecasting system over China using satellite and modeling data has been developed.
