摘要: 先进数据分析在大数据时代发挥着至关重要的作用,例如智慧城市运营与管理,犯罪活动预测,遗传缺陷诊断与医疗,金融欺诈监测以及个性化营销推广。从大数据中提取的信息有益于许多行业的日常运营。近些年来,相量测量单元、智能电表和其他智能设备的部署,使得电力工程师能够以前所未有的颗粒度和数量访问各种数据。但是,陈旧的数据管理系统和应用程序原本并不是为处理大数据而设计的。因此,如何从大数据中提取可操作的信息,以及如何将有价值的信息整合到电网运营和规划中,以确保安全、可靠和经济的电力供应变得越来越重要。

Abstract: Advanced analytics plays a vital role in the era of big data, such as managing smart cities, predicting crime activities, optimizing medicine formula based on genetic defects, detecting financial frauds, and personalizing marketing campaigns. Information extracted from the big data benefits many industries in their day-to-day operations. The deployment of phasor measurement units (PMUs), smart meters and other smart devices has offered engineers the access to a large variety of data at an unprecedented granularity and volume. However, the old data management systems and applications are not designed to handle the big data. Therefore, how to extract actionable information and values out of the big data and how to integrate the information into grid operations and planning to ensure the secure, reliable and economical supply of electricity are becoming increasingly critical.

摘要:本课程是为参加HSK三级考试的汉语学习者,以词汇大纲和语法大纲作为基本素材,详细解读三级“话题大纲”的运用和交流功能,以自然幽默的风格、亲切熟悉的话题,在课堂上将35个话题大纲内容融入教学讲解中,带领学生在不同场景下复现大纲的重点词汇和语言点,让学生参与表演、互动对话,在活泼有趣的的课堂教学中进行全方位词汇、语法复习,并选取一道代表性语法例题,进行详细解析,帮助学生顺利通过HSK三级考试。

Abstract: The course is offered for the Chinese learners who are going to attend the HSK Exam (Level-3). Based on the outlines of HSK vocabulary and grammar, the course focuses on interpreting application and communication functions of the topic outlines. With humorous style and familiar topics, it brings the 35 topic outlines into the class and goes over the key words and language points in different scenes. Students will participate in the performances and interactive dialogues and make an all-round review on vocabulary application and grammatical functions in the lively atmosphere. Additionally, a typical example will be selected and analyzed in detail. We believe it can help students to pass the exam successfully.

摘要:电力电子技术可以简单地看作对电能进行自动控制的学科。本讲座面向的是具有大学学士学位或者正在大学本科学习的工程或非工程专业一般听众,以使他们对什么是电力电子技术有一个基本了解。首先,讲座将依据不同层次的定义、不同侧面的观点以及一个简单的例子来描述并解释电力电子技术的概念。其次,讲座将详细讨论电力电子技术的可能应用领域。其应用领域其实遍及人类社会从工业、人居与商业到交通的每个角落,渗透到了电能流动从发电、输配电到用电的每个阶段。随后,讲座将介绍电力电子技术知识体系的简要分类与内涵。电能系统在现代人类社会所面临重大问题的背景下正在经历重大的变革。最后,讲座将逐一阐述这些变革之下未来电能系统的发展趋势,以及这些发展趋势对电力电子技术带来的挑战。

Abstract: Power electronics can be simply viewed as a discipline about the automatic control of electric energy.  This lecture is intended to be given to general audience that have college degrees or study at undergraduate schools in engineering or non-engineering areas, to let them have a basic understanding of what power electronics is.  Power electronics is firstly described and explained with different levels of definitions, from different view-points, and through a simple example.  Then the possible application areas of power electronics are extensively discussed, which actually are prevailing horizontally in almost every corner of human society, from industry, residence and commerce, to transportations, and penetrating vertically through every stage of electric energy flow from generation, transmission and distribution, to utilization.  A brief classification and elaboration on the knowledge system of power electronics is then introduced.  With the background of some fundamental issues that the modern human society is currently facing, electric power systems have been undergoing significant changes recently.  In the end, a review of the developing trends for future electric power systems is presented, followed by a discussion about the overall challenges in fundamental methods and techniques to power electronics.

摘要:微电网是一个由本地的电源、储能装置和负荷有机组成的微型电网,其正常运行时通常与传统的集中式电网同步,但也可以根据物理或者经济方面的运行条件灵活的与主网断开或并网运行。微电网可以有多种不同的应用目的,根据其不同应用情形下的主要目标。它们通常被看作是通过控制分布式能源来应对供电紧急中断或和能源供应局部优化的手段。微电网还提供了一种方法来为偏远地区提供电力供应和使用清洁和可再生能源作为电气化一个系统的方法。

基于IEC/TS 62898-1,报告将介绍和设计微电网的总体规划的指导方针,它主要包括以下几个方面

1. 微网目的确定及应用;

2. 微电网规划所需的初步研究,包括资源分析、负荷预测、电网规划和电力系统规划;

3. 微电网技术在规划阶段应规定的技术要求;

4. 微网评估以选择最佳微电网规划方案。

Abstract:Microgrid is a localized grouping of electricity sources and loads that normally operates connected to and synchronous with the traditional centralized electrical grid (macrogrid), but can disconnect and function autonomously as physical and/or economic conditions dictate. Microgrids can serve different purposes depending on the primary objectives of their applications. They are usually seen as means to manage grid contingency and local optimization of energy supply by controlling distributed energy resources (DER). Microgrids also present a way to provide electricity supply in remote areas and to use clean and renewable energy as a systemic approach for rural electrification.

Based on IEC/TS 62898-1, the report will introduce the guidelines for the general planning and design of microgrids, it mainly covers the following issues:

1. Determination of microgrid purpose and application;

2. Preliminary study necessary for microgrid planning, including resource analysis, load forecast, DER planning and power system planning;

3. Principles of microgrid technical requirements that should be specified during planning stage;

4. Microgrid evaluation to select an optimal microgrid planning scheme.

摘要:配电网中的非线性负荷所产生谐波电流会引起一系列供电质量问题。报告分析了配电网中由谐波电流引起的电能质量的起因,标准,并介绍了三类谐波电流污染问题治理方法的基本理论、控制方法及应用举例。

Abstract: The harmonic current generated by the non-linear load in the distribution grid can cause a series of power quality problems. The seminar analyzes the causes and standards of the power quality. Then, the basic theory, the control algorithms and the application cases of the three kinds of harmonic current pollution control methods are introduced.

Ancient Chinese Philosophy — Confucianism

摘要:中国历代哲人们的哲学思想和学说构成了中华文化的核心。哲人们对天地万物、社会及人生的各种思考和认识,展示了中华民族的无穷智慧,也塑造了中华民族的灵魂与品格。中国古代哲学的发展在春秋战国时期达到鼎盛。涌现了很多诸如孔子、孟子、老子、庄子、荀子、韩非子等哲学家。对中国古代哲学思想的了解,尤其是对“儒家”和“道家”的了解将有助于深入了解中华文化以及中国人两千年来奉行的行为准则。

Abstract: Chinese philosophy started to become apparent in the 6th century BC and reached its climax in the Spring-Autumn Period when Confucianism and other ideological schools were born. Many philosophers appeared with their marvelous opinions on some fundamental issues of the world they lived in, such as heaven, earth, natural phenomena and human society. Among them are Confucius, Mencius, Lao Zi, Zhuang Zi, Xun Zi and Han Fei. Their philosophical thinking has make up the core of Chinese culture. Being the major philosophical school in China, Confucianism ruled over Chinese political and intellectual fields for over two thousand years. The lecture will help you to have a better understanding of Confucius and Confucianism. Quotations from The Analects will be studied in detail.

Introduction to Experimental Base for Electrical Apparatus

 

电器实验基地是“985计划”电气工程学科平台的重点项目,并得到“211工程”、国家重点实验室专项经费的支持,是国内外电器领域基础理论和应用研究的前沿阵地,基地依托国家重点学科,涵盖电器电弧基础理论、电器分断与绝缘技术、电器智能化理论与应用等研究方向,并着力于解决电器新产品、新技术研发的关键问题,已形成具有国际水平的交、直流开端理论于技术,并完成了大容量直流断路器和高压真空断路器的研发,成为具有创新示范作用的研究平台和人才培养基地。

实验基地现具备大容量交、直流断流试验系统和成套绝缘耐压试验设备,配备多种现金的测量,测试仪器及自研专有设备,可满足电器基础研究和标准测试需要。

As the key construction project of the “985 plan” electrical engineering platform, the base is supported by the “211 Project” and the special funds of the State Key Laboratory and constructed to promote the development of the basic theory and application research in the field of electrical apparatus within the word wild. Relying on the state key discipline, Experimental base focuses on the research areas including the fundamental theory of electrical apparatus, the theory of intelligent apparatus and its applications, Based on the basic researches, the base works to resolve the key problems during the R&D of the new products and advance the technical innovations for the manufacturing industry, which has formed the AC/DC interrupting theory and technology with international standards and completed the R&D in DC circuit-breaker and high-voltage vacuum circuit-breaker with high capacity. Now, the base has become a training center and promoted the development of the electrical industry.

The base can meet the demand of the basic research and the standard test with the equipment as follows: the AC/DC interrupting experiment platforms, the insulation voltage test sets, the variety of advanced measurement and test systems and self-development equipment.
